FIELD: communication engineering. SUBSTANCE: system has processing means for receiving indication signal data related to coming switched traffic, asynchronous means for organizing internetworking communications for receiving the coming switched traffic and converting the coming switched traffic into asynchronous traffic as response to control data, routing means for directing the asynchronous traffic from asynchronous system for organizing internetworking communications through a matrix on the basis of selected identifier, line for transferring control data between processing system and asynchronous system for organizing internetworking communications. The system operates by processing signals produced by the above mentioned units.
