FIELD: communication systems. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed to provide calling parties with effective interface ensuring access to CR-303 systems and complex broadband systems without need for their own broadband terminals and to supply communication servicing providers with interface that can employ broadband systems to render services to great number of users. Novelty is introduction of signal processing system so that CR-303 signals are processed to select connections for asynchronous data transmission whereupon internet exchange is organized between GR-303 connections and those selected for asynchronous data transmission. Provision is also made to organize internet exchange between GR-303 signals and those of SS7, the latter signals being processed to select GR-303 connections, whereupon internet exchange is organized between GR-303 connections and those chosen for asynchronous data transmission. Provision is also made to organize internet exchange between CR-303 signals and SS7 ones, the latter being processes to select CR-303 connections, whereupon internet exchange is organized between connections for asynchronous data transmission and those chosen for GR-303.
