SUBSTANCE: system and method guarantee updated services for call that is sent from communication device through system of mode of asynchronous transmission. Message includes user's information in elements of mode of asynchronous transmission and call signaling. Signal processor receives call and processes call signaling to establish connection to servicing center. Signal processor sends controlling message of processor designating chosen connection. Unit of internetwork interaction of mode of asynchronous transmission receives user's information from communication device and controlling message of processor from signal processor. Unit of internetwork interaction of mode of asynchronous transmission converts user's information from elements of mode of asynchronous transmission to format compatible with servicing center and dynamically sends user's information to servicing center under real time mode.
