FIELD: medicine; biology. SUBSTANCE: device has modulating pulse generator which input is connected to output of master oscillator. It also includes former of triangular-shape signals. Output of former is connected to master oscillator input and to modulating pulse generator through phase-shifting circuit. Modulator input is connected to unit producing electromagnetic radiation. Outputs of clock-pulse generator are connected to inputs of formers of triangular-shape pulses and pauses. The third output of clock-pulse generator s connected to input of saw-tooth signal former which output is connected to input of attenuator responsible for energy density variation within preset range. Two antennas are connected, respectively, to outputs of the second and third switches which inputs are connected to T-piece output. T-piece input is connected to attenuator output. Commutator is connected with its outputs to inputs of switches, and with its inputs it is connected to output of frequency divider which input is connected to generator output. Antennas are rotated by electric motor from control panel through reduction gear. EFFECT: higher reliability, enlarged functional capabilities. 3 dwg
