APPARATUS FOR REGENERATION OF BREATHING MIXTURE IN HERMETICALLY SEALED VESSELS Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: survival systems used in deep-sea complexes. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has power source, compressor unit for supplying breathing mixture to absorption chamber partially filled with water and equipped with threshold pressure valve positioned in its upper part. Threshold pressure valve is connected to pipeline for discharging clean air into hermetically sealed vessel. Water containing solved carbon dioxide is supplied via injector disposed in lower part of absorption chamber and via nozzle into cyclone of degassing chamber, where gaseous fraction is separated from water and discharged by second compressor via return valve disposed in upper part of degassing chamber. Water is drained onto bottom of accumulating tank which is part of degassing chamber and is returned via pipeline by pump into absorption chamber to accomplish the cycle. Absortpion chamber is equipped with back valve. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved ecology control. 1 dwg
