FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to sports structures with roofing, such as covered artificial skating-rinks and they can be used for example for training sportsmen. Sports-type building has sectional prefabricated hangar which is located on base and covers sporting field which in its turn is located on another base. Both bases are made as integral structure in the form of sectional prefabricated metal platform installed on posts adjustable in height with supporting plates. Metal platform is provided with decking of shell-type structure. Hangar and sporting field are arranged on metal platform located at height which is not lower than height of dwelling houses of corresponding region. Hangar is fastened with metal platform. Embodiment of sports building of sectional prefabricated type can be installed in any region and on any ground with utilization of space under hanger and under sporting field of building.
