FIELD: building industry, particularly purification means for water supply and sewer systems built on heaving soil foundations. SUBSTANCE: vessel device has covering plate, wall panels fixedly connected to bottom directly mounted on heaving soil foundation above seasoned freezing level. Gaps are filled with loose heaving soil. Wall panels are inserted into support base groove. Support base width in area defined by outer walls is at least 2 times greater than bottom width in vessel central area with wall panel height of 2.4 - 3.6 m inclusive, 2.5 times greater than bottom with wall panel height of 4.2 - 4.8 m inclusive and 3.0 times greater than bottom with wall panel height of 5.4 - 6.0 m inclusive. Support bases are also directly mounted on heaving soil foundation above seasoned freezing level.
