FIELD: communication. SUBSTANCE: method for information transmission in environment which is subjected to delays involves encoding and formatting data for transmission, detection of check sum for encoded and formatted data and adding said check sum to code address word, which is joined with encoded and formatted code words of message in order to produce message. Receiver is provided with power supply for receiving in given frame. In response to recognition of receiver's address code word, related code words are decoded and stored. When each code word is storage, method involves simultaneous calculation of check sum for message to be decoded and its comparison to check sum in address code word. If both values are equal, complete message is marked as received and further analysis of stored message is finished. EFFECT: increased speed of information transmission for arbitrary relative level of noise in channel at carrier frequency. 16 cl, 10 dwg
