FIELD: communication systems.
SUBSTANCE: primary station is provided with two possibilities to discover the case when the secondary station fails to detect signal of indicator that specifies that data burst is planned for transmission along communication channel. Communication system consists of primary station (100), secondary station (110), channel of data transmission of descending communication line (DL2), indicator channel (DL1) of descending communication line. At that secondary station has the facility (114) for receipt of indicator signal, data burst and acknowledgment - transmission of positive or negative acknowledgement character (206) into primary station for specification of status of accepted data burst. Status signal (204) is transmitted by secondary station along channel (UL) of ascending communication line after commencement of data burst transmission until positive or negative acknowledgement character.
EFFECT: possibility to reduce requirement for peak power of ascending communication line channel and as a result reduction of noises level in the system.
