FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves fixing L-shaped coordinate frame with square wire cells on the anterior part of the femur. Digital scale is built on the exterior members of the frame and reference arrow is attached to the superior shorter member. Places for introducing rods into fractured bone fragments are determined using digital scale marks and the arrow direction. Compressing rod having bearing platform is introduced into the central fractured bone fragment in parallel to the reference arrow. An auxiliary cortical rod is introduced along the superior and inferior femur neck boundary. Two rods are introduced into the distal fractured bone fragment and fixed with connecting units of apparatus frame. Reposition is finished by using Furdiuk apparatus. To do it, bearing platform rod axis, reference rod axis and femur neck central axis are superimposed under optoelectronic transducer control. EFFECT: simplified and accelerated operation method. 3 dwg
