FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed wheel has rim and pneumatic tire. Flexible envelope in form of hollow torus is installed with ring clearance inside tire. Flexible envelope divides tire space into two parts. Ring working space has additional flexible chambers in form of pneumatic bottles installed on outer surface of flexible envelope. Each pneumatic bottle is made in form of hermetically sealed chamber whose inner and outer end face surfaces are made in form of rigid plates connected by flexible tie. The latter passes through central hole of inner rigid plate, being secured on central cylindrical cam of adjusting member made in form of shaft with central and extreme cylindrical cams. Extreme cylindrical cams are connected by flexible tie and extension springs with flexible envelope. Adjusting member of each pneumatic bottle are interconnected by ring flexible tie.
