FIELD: materials handling equipment. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has load mass indicator, electric force detector transmitting signal indicating load mass to remote control panel and protected from destruction at failure of drive cutout system in case of overload, limit switch to disconnected winch drive in position of load lifting mechanism in which load is less than mass of load grip, and gear wheel engaging with round rack which is spring-loaded to form damping device. Device has lever installed so that its free end thrust against rack with force in initial position of device corresponding to rack spring force. Indicator pointer is installed on gear wheel axle for engagement with limit switch. EFFECT: possibility of metering and limiting force on load lifting mechanism. 2 dwg
