GEAR FOR PREPARATION OF GAS-VAPOR CALIBRATION MIXTURE Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: analytical instrumentation, calibration and testing of gas analyzers. SUBSTANCE: gear includes case, vessel to saturate gas with vapors of substance installed in case, gas line to supply gas into vessel, gas line to release gas-vapor mixture from vessel, fixture to dilute gas-vapor mixture with additional flow of gas, gas line to supply additional flow of gas into fixture for dilution. Gas line to supply additional flow of gas into fixture for dilution is positioned separately from gas line that supplies gas into vessel for saturation. Vessel for saturation is manufactured in the form of cylindrical beaker installed inside case on mobile platform fitted with mechanism of its reciprocal motion in vertical direction. Cover for vessel provided with sealing ring that snugly contacts edges of vessel in uppermost position of platform is mounted immobile in upper part of case. Side wall of case has window fro removal of vessel out of case. EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities of gear for preparation of gas-vapor calibration mixtures. 4 cl, 1 dwg
