FIELD: analytical instrumentation, calibration and testing of gas analyzers. SUBSTANCE: facility to prepare steam-gas mixture has vessel for saturation of gas with vapors of substance, fixture for dilution of steam-gas mixture and gas line for injection of diluted steam-gas mixture into calibrated gas analyzer in which sensor and agitator are installed. Facility is supplemented with additional vessel for mixing connected to vessel for saturation and to fixture for dilution. Additional vessel is equipped with conduit that feeds gas into vessel where controlled shut-off valve is positioned. EFFECT: enhanced stability of concentration of calibrating substance in prepared steam-gas mixture at low concentrations of substance. 8 cl, 3 dwg
