FIELD: medicine, particularly, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: after operation, prior to prescription of magnetotherapy course, functional state of patient is determined by polyrheographic examinations, expected sensitivity of patient to electromagnetic field exposure is prognosticated and determined either by functional state or in response to test procedure or in complex, by both methods. Time and duration of magnetotherapy seance are prescribed proceeding from expected sensitivity of patient. The, after the third of fifth magnetotherapy procedures, actual level of patient's magnetotropic reactions is determined by using data of polyrheographic and/or radiothermometric examinations. Correction of magnetotherapy made is performed on basis of prognosticated and actual levels of magnetotropic reactions. As a result, duration of procedure is reduced or prescribed course of treatment is interrupted by 5-7 days. Expected and actual sensitivity levels of patient are determined by values of discriminant functions. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of treatment. 7 cl
