FIELD: foundry, possibly making casting molds and cores from liquid glass mixtures. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of heating fitting, filling it by mixture and blowing it by solidifying gas. Mold or core mixture is blown in fitting by vapors of aluminium chloride with pressure (1.5-5.)x 105 Pa for rapid and uniform gelling of binder. Preliminarily vapors of aluminium chloride are processed by non-sine electromagnetic pulses for 5-20 min for accelerating their action. At preparing mixture liquid glass is processed by non-sine electromagnetic pulses for 20-40 min. It allows to reduce binder consumption and to enhance knocking out capability of casting molds and cores. EFFECT: enhanced quality of complex-profile castings due to physical and technological properties of liquid glass mixtures. 3 cl, 3 tbl, 3 ex
