FIELD: organic chemistry and technology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel derivatives of substituted 1-(7-chloroquinoline- -4-yl)-pyrazole-3-carboxamide-N-oxides of the formula (I) where T means hydrogen atom, C1-C4-alkyl, C3-C8-cycloalkyl, (C3-C8)- -cycloalkylmethyl, methoxyethyl; group -NH-AA(OH) is amino acid residue of the formula: where X means hydrogen atom, C1-C5-alkyl or C3-C15-nonaromatic carbocyclic radical and X' means hydrogen atom; or X and X' in common with carbon atom to which they bound form C3-C15-nonaromatic carbocycle, and their salts. Compounds show high affinity degree to neurotension receptors. Invention describes also method of their synthesis, intermediate compounds and pharmaceutical composition based on compounds of the general formula (I).
