FIELD: pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a conjugate represented by the general structural formula (1): [TM1]-[AD1]-[LM]-[AD2]-[TM2] (1), where TM1 is the first addressing part, where the first addressing part is able to bind to the first target, AD1 is the first connecting fragment or is missing, LM is the linker fragment or is missing, AD2 is the second connecting fragment or is missing, and TM2 is the second addressing part, where the second addressing part is able to bind to the second target; where the first addressing part and/or the second addressing part is a compound of the formula (2), where R1-R5, AA-COOH, ALK are disclosed in the claims, provided that at least one of the addressing parts TM1 or TM2 is a compound of the formula (2). A pharmaceutical composition is also proposed containing the above conjugate that has inhibitory activity of a ligand on the neurotensin receptor,
EFFECT: proposed is pharmaceutical composition containing the above conjugate that has a ligand’s inhibitory activity on the neurotensin receptor.
