FIELD: handling of foodstuffs. SUBSTANCE: each charge of foodstuff is placed in sea container or refrigerating chamber being insulated from air of cooled medium by plastic bag. Circulation of gas inside bag is provided either by fan or by means of convection flow from heating member so that gas passes through charge and around the charge through channel made at bag. Heat exchanger between circulating gas and cooled surrounding medium through plastic film serves for cooling the charge. However, if cooling is excessive, heating member can be used to increase temperature of circulating gas. Gas content of atmosphere can be regulated by blowing through pipes from central set or blowing of each separate charge or by choosing semipermeable film for sealing bags. Proposed invention provides storage of foodstuffs which required maintenance of preset temperature and conditions of storage, such as vegetables and fruit, in refrigerating chambers or sea containers. EFFECT: improved storage of foodstuffs with maintenance of required temperature in cooling range and control of gas atmosphere. 73 cl, 13 dwg
