FIELD: chemistry of metalloorganic compounds. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes the metalloorganic derivative of aluminium of the formula Al(C6F5)3. The above indicated derivative is synthesized by exchange reaction between the compound of the formula Al(H)nRm and boron metalloorganic derivative of the formula B(C6F5)3 where R is taken among aliphatic, cycloaliphatic, benzylic normal or branched, monofunctional radicals containing from 1 to 20 carbon atoms; m + n = 3; n = 0 or 1 at ratio of reagents = 1:1 in hydrocarbon solvent and at reaction temperature 0-30 C. Aluminium derivative of the formula Al(C6F5)3 can be used for producing catalytic systems of Zigler-Nutt type used for stereoregular polymerization of unsaturated olefinic or diolefinic monomers.
