SUBSTANCE: method of purification of human erythropoietin involves immobilization of antibodies raised to erythropoietin on insoluble matrix, sorption of erythropoietin on immobilized antibodies and the following elution of erythropoietin. Monoclonal antibodies produced by cultured hybridoma clone taken among the group including clones PCE/6. PCE/10 and PCE/7 are used as antibodies. Erythropoietin is eluted with acid buffer solution, pH is less 4, and anion-exchange chromatography is used additionally for purification. Invention can be used for human erythropoietin preparing.
