FIELD: medicine, particularly, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: method includes dosed muscular loading of lower extremities against background of centrifugal forces in direction of head-lower extremities. Loading is effected in isometric conditions with dynamic power from 10 to 50 W as painful syndrome is stopped. Motion amplitude is gradually increased in affected joint under conditions of its unloading. Course of treatment is conducted at rotation of 25-36 rpm. Seance duration is 10-15 min with total number of seances of 15. EFFECT: rapid reduction of edema, stopped painful syndrome, normalized muscular tonus, restored volume of motions in affected joint, and in general, stopped pathologic process and considerably extended terms of remission. 1 ex
