FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying controlled muscular work in static or dynamic mode. The muscular work is carried out on the background of centripetal forces action in the direction from the head to lower extremities. Dynamic muscular work is carried out at 20-50 W power level. The muscular loading and movement amplitude in the injured extremity articulations are gradually increased. 10 to 15 min long sessions are administered with revolutions number being equal to 25-36 rpm. Medical treatment course is 2-3 courses long with 1.5-2 months pauses between the courses each being 15 procedures long. EFFECT: optimized reparative osteogenesis; increased blood supply with venous discharge control; increased muscular strength of the extremity.
