Composition has ondansetron or its pharmaceutically acceptable derivative, sweetening agent and one or some pharmaceutically acceptable excipients. Sweetening agent is one or some polyhydric alcohols and pH value of the composition is at the range from 2.0 to 5.0. Invention describes also the method of use of these compositions for treatment of patients with states mediated with effect of 5-hydroxytryptamine on 5-HT3-receptors.
