FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, equipment for fat-and-oil industry, such as two-auger type horizontal presses for expelling oil from seeds of sunflower, rape, flax, soya etc. SUBSTANCE: oil press has working chamber with extracting section at its discharge end. Two parallel joined auger shafts are positioned within working chamber. Electric heaters are mounted on outer surface of working chamber casing, which is made detachable in horizontal plane. Extracting section of working chamber is defined by perforated portions of two halves of working chamber casing. Remaining part of upper half of casing is made impermeable and lower half is provided with extracting window. Such construction allows oil expelling extent of press to be increased and uniform heating of basic raw material to be provided. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of product. 3 dwg
