FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: invention specifically refers to guarding structures with heat insulation layers intended for fast-erected buildings and structures and can be used in the capacity of heat insulation protective and structural members protecting against radiation that can be quickly erected. Technical objective ensured by invention consists in increased reliability of interconnection of heat insulation members and of their connection to members of guarding structure and in improved heat and moisture insulating properties of guarding structure thanks to reduction of air and moisture penetrability of joints due to tighter contact with pressing between heat insulation members and supporting components of guarding structure achieved with the aid of constructive means which leads in the long run to prolonged service life and repair-free service of guarding structure. Guarding structure with heat insulation layer includes guarding members and heat insulation members attached to them that incorporate framework of heat insulation material having two parallel edges as minimum. Framework has fixing members for attachment to guarding members that protrude beyond limits of heat insulation material. Heat insulation members form at least two crossing systems of rows, one of them being horizontal or inclined and the other one vertical or inclined correspondingly crossing it. Two adjacent members in row form pair of volumetric bodies mutually complementing one another, having in section along any system of unidirectional rows configuration of alternating trapezia bordering one on another and oriented with major or minor bases towards different sides or parallelograms bordering one on another. Fixing members are made for installation in working position to fix heat insulation member on guarding members correspondingly at angles smaller or larger than 90 deg with regard to face surface of framework facing internal space of building or structure.
