FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to design of fences of buildings and structures of various assignment that can be used in the capacity of wall and roofing railings forming covers or roofs. Structure of fence includes carrying, guarding members and at least one vapor-and air-penetrable combined heat insulation member made of vapor-and air-penetrable heat insulation layer and ventilated air interlayer facing outer air atmosphere on one side as minimum. On room side heat insulation layer faces guarding perforated member and on outside it communicates with outer atmosphere through ventilated air interlayer so that water vapor can penetrate from room outside. In this case summary area of outlet porous or perforated holes per 1.0 sq.m of surface of heat insulation layer facing outer air interlayer regarding by flow from room to outer air atmosphere is at least 20% larger than summary area of inlet porous or perforated holes in guarding member on side facing room and/or in another surface of vapor-and air-penetrable heat insulation layer on side facing room. EFFECT: prolonged service life of members of structures of buildings and works and their railings thanks to their improved operating conditions, increased humidity or 100% humidity of internal air included. 10 cl, 5 dwg
