FIELD: construction industry, design of fences of buildings and structures of civic, industrial and agricultural assignment. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the capacity of wall and roofing safeguards forming cover or roof. Structure of fence with porous heat insulation includes external and internal guarding members and filling of heat insulation porous material placed between them. At least one of guarding members is made of blocks carrying compacted layer with increased strength forming face surface and zone bordering on it that smoothly changes to layer having variable strength and porosity integrated with it, facing filling heat insulation material of fence and forming supporting part of structure of fence with part of it as minimum. Porosity of layer grows in this case in direction from compacted surface zone inwards of fence and thickness of compacted layer amounts to 1.5-75.0% of that of monoblock. EFFECT: improved heat insulation properties of fence under conditions of variable temperature, humidity and mechanical effects. 14 cl, 1 dwg
