FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to immunology, allergology and occupational pathology, and can be used for early diagnostics of development of sensitisation to bird down and feathers both in workers of poultry farming and in separate patients in establishing etiologic diagnosis, as well as in mass examinations. For this purpose luminol-dependent chemiluminiscence with measurement of luminescence light sum is performed and content of IgE in probe with non-stimulated saliva and in probe, additionally containing allergen of bird feather, is determined. If luminescence light sum increased 2 times and more with parallel 2 times and more reduction of immunoglobulin E leveling probe with allergen, presence of sensitisation of workers' organism is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to diagnose sensitisation of organism to allergens in air of poultry complex working at early terms zone due to its non-invasiveness, general availability and high degree of significance sand reliability.
