FIELD: diagnostic methods. SUBSTANCE: sample of periphery blood from patient's finger is applied onto degreased object-plate and blood smear is prepared and stained with following dyes: orange yellow, acid red, and aniline blue. When examining smear on microscope with 400-fold multiplication, number of agglutinates is measured and, when it exceeds 5, severe degree of expression of dissimilated interavascular coagulation syndrome is diagnosed; when less than 5, medium degree; and, in absence of agglutinates but when single erythrocytes, "bundles", "coin columns", and "loops" of erythrocytes are present, mild form of dissimilated interavascular coagulation syndrome is stated. Method can be utilized for diagnosing thrombosis in different pathological cases. EFFECT: simplified and accelerated procedure and increased accuracy of diagnostics. 3 tbl, 3 ex
