FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method of diagnosing infectious-septic processes in patients with thermal trauma lies in the following: blood is analysed and presence of damaged erythrocytes is detected, number of platelets in plasma is determined, activity of antithrombin III is analysed, in blood sample serum, concentration of urea, sodium creatinine, albumin, general cholesterol and aspartat-aminotranspherase activity are determined. Integral index of infectious-septic process (II) is determined and if II is 15.2 units and higher infectious-septic process is diagnosed.
EFFECT: increase of accuracy of infectious-septic process diagnostics.
