Receptor has exocellular part that involves CD4 fragment showing ability to recognize specifically and bind HIV-infected cell but which does not mediate HIV-infection. Also, invention describes the protein recombinant receptor that is able also to recognize specifically and bind HIV-infected cell but it does not mediate HIV-infection.
