FIELD: methods of worn tiers crushing. SUBSTANCE: method includes cleaning of tires, arrangement on tire external side surface of electrodes and cooling of tires to temperature of rubber embrittlement. Applied to electrodes are high-voltage pulses with parameters ensuring multichannel arc discharge between electrodes, and tiers are deformed. Prior to installation of electrodes, made on tire tread are through radial cuts located at the same angular distance from one another. Tier deformation is accomplished by application to them through electrodes in direction coinciding with tire axis of compressing load with value ensuring at least tight contact of internal side surfaces of tire. Then electrodes are fixed with respect to one another. EFFECT: higher efficiency in crushing of whole tier of tiers groups. 3 cl, 3 dwg
