SUBSTANCE: vodka contains the following ingredients per 1000 dal of prepared product: fructose, 2.8-3.2 kg; carbohydrate module "Alkosoft, 9.8-10.2 kg; ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and potable corrected water in terms of 40-% strength, the balance. Combined using of ingredients and their quantitative ratio enriches the vodka with readily available sugars and it softens taste of vodka, neutralizes toxic substances, reduces content of methanol.
