SUBSTANCE: special vodka contains the following ingredients per 1000 dal of prepared product: carbohydrate module "Alkosoft", 2.8-3.2 kg; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 11.0-12.0 l; aromatizer "Mozhzhevelovy" 01285 of "Etol" firm, Slovenia, 0.2-0.4 l; ethyl rectified alcohol of the highest purification and potable corrected water in terms of strength 40%, the balance. Combined using of all ingredients and their quantitative ratio allow to produce vodka with mild pleasant taste enriched with readily available sugars. It reduces content of methanol and neutralizes toxic substances.
