FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: vodka contains the following ingredients per 1000 dal of prepared product: iantavite, 0.01-0.05 kg; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 17.0-17.5 l; vanilin, 0.09-0.11 l (1:100); ethyl rectified alcohol "Lux" and potable corrected water in terms of 40-% strength, the balance. Combination of ingredients and their quantitative ratio allow to prepare stable vodka in which aroma preserves during storage life. The vodka prevents alcoholic syndrome after its using, normalizes acidic alkaline reaction in intestine and increases general strengthening action of man's organism.
