SUBSTANCE: vodka "Slavyanka" comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: fructose, 4.0-6.0 kg; succinic acid, 0.01-0.1 kg; sodium hydrocarbonate, 0.05-0.2 kg; vitamin premix "GSVit-5", 0.1-1.0 kg; shizandra seeds aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first and the second blend, 0.5-1.5 l; rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength 40%. Proposed vodka provides enhancing nutrient and dietetic value of the ready product, reducing toxicity, occurring to vodka barely detected freshness aroma and barely detected pear tint in after taste.
