SUBSTANCE: material that has fibers some of which are conducting and binder is provided, in addition, with electric catalyst composed of particles formed by ruthenium, platinum, palladium, indium oxides or their combination which are spread at least partially on electricity conducting medium. Our invention also concerns composite material including very porous material and mentioned electrically activated material. Invention also concerns composite material including very porous metal surface between its one side and other, mentioned electrically activated material, and separator. Manufacturing processes for mentioned electrically activated and composite materials are also given in description of invention.
