SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high- temperature electrochemical devices with solid oxide electrolyte and material of invention can be used as oxygen electrode in electrochemical oxygen transducers, oxygen pumps, electrolyzers, and fuel cells. Invention provides electrode material with laminar perovskite structure showing good conductance at high temperatures. Material contains cobalt, copper, yttrium, and barium oxides according to following formula: YBa2(Cu1-xCox)3O6+δ wherein x = 0.6-0.8 and δ = 0.0-1.0. EFFECT: increased versatility of electrode. 1 tbl
