FIELD: electrochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrochemical devices with solid oxide electrolyte and can be used as oxygen electrode in electrochemical oxygen sensors operating in oxidative media at 700-1,000 °C. According to invention, material contains yttrium oxide, calcium oxide, chromium oxide and cobalt oxide with following ratio by formula: Y1-xCaxCr1-yCoyO3, where x=0.1; y=0.4. Maximum electrical conductivity of material is achieved at temperature of 700 °C to 1,000 °C.
EFFECT: higher electrical conductivity of material of said composition.
