FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device measuring parameters of physical fields and media has multilayer set of flat materials and fixing unit. At least one layer of flat material has holes in the form of grid or is perforated and at least one layer is solid. In this case grid or perforated layer and solid layer are manufactured from conducting material-electric conductors which are set with gap. Electric conductors are assembled in multilayer set with use of dielectric spatial lattice- connecting elements with fixtures for continuous or static change of gaps between electric conductors. At least one electric conductor with holes and one solid layer of multilayer set are connected with the help of wires to fixing unit. Grid of perforation holes have size from 0.05 to 5.0 mm. EFFECT: expanded range of simultaneous measurement of several parameters of physical fields and media, expanded technological capabilities and reduced manufacturing cost of device. 1 cl, 5 dwg
