FIELD: medicine, immunology, virology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to monoclonal antibody showing effectiveness for diagnosis and treatment of patients with hepatitis B. Monoclonal antibodies are obtained from the cells strain prepared by fusion of xenogenic hybridoma SPAZ-4 with blood cells of patient immunized with hepatitis B vaccine. Monoclonal antibodies eliciting the antihepatitis effect are used for protection of patients showing depressed immunity and for diagnosis of hepatitis B.
