FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and pharmacology, and represents a method for preparing combined vaccines, where a vaccine contains: (i) a nonionic surface-active material which contains poly(oxyethene) residues where the nonionic surface-active material is found in the vaccine in the amount of ≤30 mcg/ml; (ii) a hepatitis type B virus (HBV) surface antigen (HBsAg), where HBsAg is found in the vaccine in the amount of <60 mcg/ml, and (iii) an antigen of at least one He-HBV-pathogen, where at least one HBV-pathogen contains C.diphtheriae and C.tetani; and the antigens of the two pathogens represent diphtheria toxoid and tetanus toxoid; and where the method involves as follows: (i) purifying the HBV surface antigen from recombinant yeast cells, where the procedure consists in the stage of yeast cell destruction with the nonionic surface-active material added to produce the purified HbsAg-component; and (ii) mixing the purified HbsAg-component and at least one supplementary antigen of the He-B-pathogen to prepare the combined vaccine.
EFFECT: invention provides reducing a risk of contamination and cutting a period of time required to prepare the vaccine.
