FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: method can be used for heap lixiviation of rare, radioactive, and noble metals from ores, tailings, and concentrates. Base for heap lixiviation including courses of waterproofing material and protective-draining courses is additionally provided with course of hydroactive sealant located between waterproofing courses. Protective-draining courses are located above and under waterproofing courses and are made of geotextile material with volumetric density of 90-150 kg/cu.m. Courses are arranged at angle of incline of 3-5 deg to horizon. Application of aforesaid arrangement of multilayer base ensures ecologically clean lixiviation of ores, tailings, and concentrates in common and in especially complex engineering, geological, geocryological and seismic conditions of activities. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
