FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: this can be used in heap and underground lixiviation of ores, concentrates and concentration tailings. With purpose of increasing reliability of waterproofed layer of base for heap lixiviation and also for carrying out planned and current repairs of hydraulic insulation without opening of base, reduction of delays during these operations, preventing any possibility of harm to environmental medium, and for reducing loss of producing solutions, base for heap lixiviation having bottom underlayer of clay and hydraulic insulation, additionally contains drain layer and clay layer with composite materials. This clay layer is located between drain layer and bottom underlayer of clay. Also provided are clay mud delivery collector and clay mud receiving collector, tank with mixer, circulation pump, waterproofed recess in ground, pipes and shut-off fittings.
