FIELD: electric jet engines. SUBSTANCE: device consists of central electrode - anode, cathode and solid propulsive grain placed in between. Anode has mechanical contact with solid mass, and cathode is arranged at a distance from solid grain to form vacuum space. Reactive thrust is formed by generating plasma by break-down and surface overlapping of solid mass by impulse of high tension energy of nanosecond duration of 10-9-10-6 from side of anode. EFFECT: simplified design, enhanced economy. 2 cl, 1 dwg
