Method can be applied in military and industrial indication systems when estimating propagation area of dangerous concentrations of injurious substances, at chemical weapons destruction enterprises, and also in environmental monitoring. Chemisorption concentration of lewisite is adsorbed on anion-exchange resin modified with 2,3-dimercaptopropanesufonic acid sodium salt and assessment of isolated lewisite is accomplished from amount of acetylene released when adsorbent is treated with aqueous alkali solution.
