FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves catheterizing two divisions of subarachnoid liquor space one of which is cistern of the chiasma and the other one is lumbar subarachnoid space. The cistern of the chiasma is punctured during the operation. Liquor is cleaned by means of filtration method applied in alternating recirculation mode retaining the natural liquor discharge rate.
