FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cleaning liquor in extracorporal mode by removing cellular elements, making its sorption, filtration and sterilization in closed cycle mode. The liquor is additionally cooled in passing through detoxication device. Cooling procedure lasts for 60-90 min to reduce its temperature by 2-3 C at the point it is taken. The reached temperature is supported during 12-17 h the whole cleaning cycle long. The rate of liquor passing through the detoxication device is equal to 0.9-2.0 ml/min.
