FIELD: turbomechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of part surface for welding or surfacing. Plastic coating of alloy close in chemical composition is applied on part to be surfaced at temperature below temperature range of basic metal embrittlement. Plastic coating of 0.1-1.0 mm thick is applied with prepared surface overlapping of at least 10 mm. For this purpose less high and more plastic alloy close to basic one in chemical composition is selected. After application of plastic coating on surface use is made of additive material. Welding torch with nonmelting electrode is brought to surface being treated, and process of welding or surfacing in protective gas medium is performed. When welding or surfacing of thin-walled parts layer of plastic coating is applied on area opposite to that of welding or surfacing. After welding, manufactured part is subjected to checking by the method of colored defectoscopy and machined to required geometrical sizes. EFFECT: improved quality of parts. 3 cl, 4 dwg
